Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for downloadable items once they have been accessed or downloaded, unless there is a defect with the product.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. A refund may be granted in some cases.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis, requiring at a minimum:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
How to Request a Refund
To start the refund process, you can contact us at beforeyournextsession@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.
Damages and Issues
If there is an issue with the digital download (e.g., the file is corrupted or inaccessible), please contact us immediately at beforeyournextsession@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your refund request, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at beforeyournextsession@gmail.com.
