BEFORE YOUR NEXT SESSION
Empowering Therapy with Evidence-Based Tools
Before Your Next Session was founded by Nina-Lucia Rodriguez, LMHC — a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. A graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, Nina's clinical approach draws on CBT, DBT, and a culturally informed framework. She also leads Cognitive Wisdom Counseling, a private practice based in New York City, where she works with individuals using an integrative, person-centered approach to build clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
